Fredy R.

Fredy R. has a strong background in compliance and regulatory affairs, with experience in various leadership roles. Fredy is currently working at Convey Health Solutions as a Sr. Director, responsible for developing and maintaining compliance infrastructure. Prior to this, Fredy held positions at Aetna and Centene Corporation, where they managed compliance programs, ensured regulatory and contract requirements were met, and developed strategic relationships with state regulators. Throughout their career, Fredy has demonstrated a focus on improving compliance effectiveness and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Fredy R. completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree from The Art Institutes in 2005. Fredy also attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where they studied Fine/Studio Arts, General. Fredy completed their high school education at Lane Tech High School in 1996.
