Shawn Kral

Shawn Kral has a diverse work history, beginning in 2002 as a Call Center Telemarketer at Rmh Teleservices. Shawn then moved on to Global Contact Services in 2008, where they started as a Customer Service Representative and eventually became an Operations Supervisor and later an Operations Manager. In 2012, Shawn joined Convey Health Solutions and held several roles including Operations Manager, Healthcare Services Program Manager, and Director of Operations for the BPO division. Their most recent position at Convey Health Solutions is Director of Operations for the Business Administration Division, which they have held since June 2018.

Shawn Kral attended Freedom Academy from 1997 to 1999. Shawn obtained additional certifications including Arizona Notary from the American Association of Notaries - Notary Public in September 2016, Huizenga Leadership Institute from Nova Southeastern University in 2013, Arizona Accident/Health and Sickness from the Arizona Department of Insurance in March 2013, and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from the Aveta Business Institute.
