Laurie Blair Daly began their career in 1986 as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan, where they received extensive training in systems and operations for financial services and provided analytical support for databases and information systems within the Administrative services group. In 1989, they moved to Merrill Lynch as an Analyst/Assistant Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions, where they were responsible for monitoring multiple information systems and databases tracking business, market, and industry news in order to identify potential M&A opportunities for investment bankers. Laurie also supervised the development of a database that facilitated the processing of information to support the M&A business.
In 1994, Daly became a Consultant at CAP GEMINI AMERICA, where they managed a team of consultants at Fannie Mae, provided analytical support to the Advanced Technologies group, and identified business opportunities, prepared sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.
In 1996, they returned to Fannie Mae as Manager of Credit Loss Management Systems, where they managed a team of five managers and 48 analysts/developers/testers to rewrite the CLM NeXt based applications to a new J2EE Java based platform. Laurie also implemented new and enhanced existing quality and project management standards including project metrics, dashboard reporting, problem tracking, benchmarking and lessons learned.
Daly then moved to Guaranty Business Systems, Servicer Investor Reporting in 2005 as Manager, where they managed a team of four project managers and analysts to assist in the overall reporting of a $67 million technology initiative. In 2006, they returned to Fannie Mae as Manager, Central Program Office, where they were responsible for the rollout of an enterprise-wide reporting tool for managing and communicating project status. Laurie also led a team of six senior project managers supporting the new governance framework and application for nine business units.
In 2010, Daly began working from home, and in 2014 they joined Conveyance Marketing Group as VP Digital Strategy and COO and Chief Analyst. As COO and Chief Analyst, they helped small to medium businesses build a solid marketing foundation from which the rest of their business can expand and grow.

Laurie Blair Daly received their M.B.A from NYU Stern School of Business in 1993, majoring in Information Systems. Laurie received their Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia in 1986, majoring in Management Information Systems and Marketing. Laurie also obtained a Hubspot Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy in September 2019.
