Jana Kalthoff

Jana Kalthoff is an experienced consultant currently working at Convidera since September 2019, following previous roles including a Junior Consultant position at the same firm. Earlier experience includes serving as a Master Thesis candidate at ProMinent GmbH and as a Working Student Project Assistant at SV Informatik GmbH, where Jana contributed to a digitalization project focusing on HR concepts and recruitment measures. Additionally, Jana worked as a Strategy Consultant Working Student at Infront Consulting & Management GmbH, developed a predictive maintenance approach for a Bachelor Thesis at Reifenhäuser Group - The Extrusioneers, and held a marketing and sales internship at the same company. Jana holds a Master of Arts in Innovation Management from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, along with study experience at the University of New Brunswick.
