Christine Grimm

Christine Grimm's work experience includes being the Head of People & Culture (Interim) and an Associate Partner at Convista starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were an Associate Partner at enowaAG from 2022 to 2023. Christine also held roles at enowaAG as a Management Consultant from 2020 to 2021, Senior Consultant from 2017 to 2020, and Consultant from 2015 to 2017. Christine completed their Master Thesis at Vossloh Fastening Systems from 2014 to 2015 and their Bachelor Thesis at STAUFF from 2011 to 2012.

Christine Grimm earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the same field at the same institution, graduating in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Christine has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they became a Celonis Certified Sales Professional and a Celonis Certified Solution Professional from Celonis. Christine also became a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in 2021. In 2020, Christine earned the IPMA Level D Certified Project Management Associate from the International Project Management Association and the SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager and SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Sales 1909 certifications from SAP. Christine also became a Certified Celonis Analyst and a Certified Celonis Data Engineer from Celonis in the same year.
