Philippe Adam

Philippe Adam is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as DRH at Groupe Convivio since November 2021, Philippe oversees HR strategies for a large organization comprising 500 restaurants and 3,500 employees. Prior to this role, Philippe held the position of Directeur des Ressources Humaines at Intermarché - Supply Logistique - ITM LAI from June 2010 to February 2021, managing HR for over 7,500 employees across multiple establishments in France. Philippe's experience also includes serving as DRH France at Transgourmet from September 2006 to May 2010, where responsibilities included HR strategy during major organizational transformations. Additionally, Philippe led HR for the Groupe Mobilier Européen from September 1997 to February 2006. Philippe holds a Master 2 (M2) in Human Resource Management from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from IGS-RH.
