Tom Cesarini is the Founder and Executive Director of Convivio since January 2003. Tom is also the Founder and Lead Consultant at Chiaroscuro Consulting from January 2020. Furthermore, they serve as the Italian Honorary Consul in San Diego for the Consulate General of Italy, Los Angeles starting in November 2019. Tom provides leadership in offering Italian consular services in San Diego under the primary regional Italian consulate.
Tom Cesarini's education history begins in 1998 when they attended National University San Diego. Tom obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, completing their studies in 1999. Afterwards, they pursued their postgraduate education at the University of San Diego, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management. This degree was earned from 2005 to 2007. Tom continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a PhD in Leadership Studies from 2008 to 2016.
