Braam co-founded and led Convo Global, Ltd. as CEO, developing growth strategies to enhance access for deaf and hard of hearing individuals. Previous roles include CEO of Convo Communications Canada, Chief Operations Officer, and Director of International Relations at Convo Communications, among others. Braam possesses a strong background in creative marketing and visual effects, having founded Lightpost Media and contributed to various animated projects.
