Nguyen Ngo

Nguyen Ngo has extensive work experience in software engineering and product operations. From 2022 to present, they have been the Director of Product Operations at Convo Communications. From 2020 to 2019, they were the Site Reliability Engineering Manager at RapidDeploy, leading the Site Reliability Engineering teams in US and South Africa in supporting the application and infrastructure of mapping, emergency dispatch, and analytics products. From 2019 to 2006, they worked at Mattersight Corporation as a Solutions Architect and Senior Software Engineer. From 2013 to 2005, they were a Software Expert Consultant at Sprinkle IP Law Group and a Software Engineer at Community TechKnowledge. From 2005 to 2003, they were the Lead Technical Expert at Bible Scholars Org and a Client Technical Support at Dell.

Nguyen Ngo attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
