Vanessa Scarna has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 when they worked as an Organizational Management Assistant at Gallaudet University. In 2010, they became an Assessment Analyst at Axiom Resource Management, Inc. In 2015, they joined Convo Communications, where they have held a variety of roles, including Director of Customer Support, Sales & Customer Success Operations Manager, Customer Success Manager, Sales Manager, Business Account Manager, Enterprise Experience Consultant, Director of Experience Design, Communication Experience Designer, and Top Expert. As Customer Success Manager, they supervised a team of customer success specialists, provided training and resources, on boarding to retention coaching, and process documentation. Vanessa also tracked and reported customers' level of engagement with the company and provided feedback as their voice to other departments regarding product and service improvements. As Sales Manager, they set targets, performance plans, and objectives for the sales team, developed sales strategies and forecasts to achieve company objectives, and established and maintained relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Vanessa Scarna obtained their HS Diploma from Marlboro High School in 2001. Vanessa then attended Brookdale Community College from 2001-2002, studying Business/Commerce, General. From 2004-2009, they attended Gallaudet University and received their Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications.
