Reuben Holdaway is currently working as an Associate at Convoi Ventures since January 2022. Prior to this role, Reuben has gained experience in various positions such as a Fellow at Material Change Institute and a Strategy and Operations at Instructure. With a Bachelor's degree in Social Science - Communications from Utah Valley University and a Certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online, Reuben has also held roles in venture capital, private equity, and consulting firms. Additionally, as a Co-Founder of a failed startup, Reuben has experienced the highs and lows of entrepreneurship in the hospitality market.

Utah lacks true "early stage, take a bet on founders before anyone else will" capital. Convoi Ventures will fill that gap, writing checks to Utah founders early and often. In addition to capital, founders need networks. Convoi will strive to create the best network of fellow early stage founders, later stage mentors, and investors at pre-seed and later stages.
