Rod Navarro

Rod Navarro has a diverse work history in the software engineering field. Rod is currently employed as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Convoke, starting in August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Slalom from January 2021 to August 2022, where they held the positions of Principal Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. During their time at Slalom, Rod assumed a leadership position to grow the FL Software Engineering team and implemented company culture and values.

Before Slalom, Rod worked at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. as a Tech Lead - Senior Software Engineer from September 2019 to January 2021. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks, including microservice architecture, React/Angular development, encryption algorithms, and working with offshore and in-house teams.

Rod also has experience as an Independent Consultant, where they served as the Lead Software Development Engineer for Soclubtv.com.
