SONAM GAUR

Sonam Gaur has work experience in various human resources roles. From 2023 onwards, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Convoso, where they were responsible for tasks such as employee benefits administration, training organization, and policy crafting. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, they worked at MOJO 365 as part of the HR team, focusing on HR strategy implementation, recruitment, engagement, and performance management. From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources at Axcel Group Limited, where they managed HR data, handled joinings and exits, and reviewed termination requests. Additionally, they have worked as an HR Generalist at Eximcan Canada from 2019 to 2020 and as an HR Executive at Induspect India Private Limited from 2018 to 2019. SONAM also has experience as an Answering Assistant at Stemmons Business Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2017 and as a Human Resources Intern at Sud-Chemie in 2017.

Sonam Gaur completed their education in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In 2013, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. SONAM then went on to pursue a Masters in Human Resources Management from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar from 2016 to 2018. In 2022, Sonam enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, for the Professional Certificate Programme in HR Management and Analytics. SONAM successfully completed the program and obtained the certificate in April 2023.
