Riccardo Reati has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Riccardo currently works as an Advisor at 2DSIDE, where they assist in product development, market strategy, pricing strategy, and business development. Previously, they worked at Convr as a Strategy & Transformation lead, where they helped design future state and prioritized capabilities for customers. Riccardo also advised Convr on product strategy and business development. As the Founder and Managing Director of dgSherpa, Reati provided strategy, design, and execution support to insurance companies and tech companies. Riccardo also supported BtoB sales and product strategy for tech companies. At Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Reati served as the VP Head of Underwriting Digital Transformation. Riccardo led a multimillion-dollar investment in technology and was responsible for business strategy and execution. At Blue Marble Microinsurance, Reati was an Advisor for Digital Ventures. Riccardo led the development of the digital micro-insurance ventures practice and advised the CEO and Board of Directors on digital partnerships. Reati also worked at Zurich North America as a Global Strategy Advisor, where they advised senior leaders on geographic footprint and led the fast flow business transformation. Riccardo also served as an Engagement Manager in Global Internal Consulting, conducting strategy consulting engagements and managing a team of consultants. Prior to that, Reati worked as a Mobile Finance Consultant at The World Bank, Strategy and Business Development Lead at CELIM Milano, Cyber Security Lead Consultant at NTT DATA Italia, and Director of Business Development at Next Media Lab.

Riccardo Reati has a diverse educational background, with degrees in various fields. Riccardo first attended IULM University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, and Mass Media. Following this, Reati pursued a Master's degree at IULM University from 2002 to 2004, specializing in Journalism, Publishing, and Multimedia.

Reati further expanded their academic qualifications by enrolling in Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2009 to 2011. There, they successfully obtained a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
