Jen Koski - Lah

Jen Koski, LAH, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HRIS Benefits Consultant at Cook Children's Health Care System as of May 2024. Previously, Jen held the position of Director of Benefits at Tandem HR, overseeing a team of 24 employees and managing benefits for over 20,000 worksite employees. Jen’s extensive experience includes Director of Benefits and Client Services Manager roles at resourcing edge, where strategic planning for payroll, HR, and risk management was a focus. Jen has been an active member of the Houston Associates of Health Underwriters from February 2017 to February 2020. Prior roles include Client Services Manager at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc., Benefits Leader at Questco Inc., and Coordinator of Benefits at Barnes Benefits and Sellers Group Insurance Brokerage Firm. Jen began a career with Aetna in sales and marketing, completing enrollment meetings and collaborating with clients and brokers. Education includes a High School Diploma from Klein Oak High School, with a background in cosmetology.
