Kristen Black

Kristen Black is an accomplished professional in the philanthropic sector with a robust background in fundraising and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Philanthropy at Cook Children's Health Care System since June 2019, Kristen previously held roles at the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association as a SouthWest Affiliate Development Consultant and Senior Corporate Market Director, where responsibilities included consulting across multiple states and managing corporate sponsorships and individual giving. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Business Development for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, executing successful fundraising events, and earlier roles in sales at Pulte Homes.
