Spencer Seals

Spencer Seals is an accomplished executive at Cook Children's Health Care System with over a decade of experience in real estate, construction, and facilities planning. Serving as Senior Vice President, Spencer oversees the strategic vision and execution of organizational expansion projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Previous roles within the organization include Vice President and Director, where Spencer managed significant capital projects and coordinated complex facility transitions, including the timely occupation of new facilities. Prior experience includes administrative leadership at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah, where Spencer significantly expanded the School Based Mentoring program, and a supervisory role at America First Credit Union. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration from Trinity University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Behavioral Science and Health and Psychology from the University of Utah.
