Theresa Meadows

Theresa Meadows is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Cook Children's Medical Center. Theresa has over fifteen years of experience in the healthcare information technology field. Theresa previously served as the Regional Director of Shared Services for Ascension Health Information Services and as an Engagement Manager and Senior Project Manager for McKesson Provider Technologies and WebMD, respectively. In their current role, Theresa is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of clinical information systems for Cook Children's Medical Center. Under their leadership, the medical center has seen significant improvements in patient care and operational efficiency. Theresa is a highly respected leader in the healthcare IT industry and is known for their dedication to their work and their commitment to improving the quality of care for patients.

Theresa Meadows has a MS in Health Informatics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well as a BSN in Nursing from the same school. Theresa is certified by the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHCIO), the Alabama Board of Nursing (Registered Nurse), and the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
