Tj Schemmel

TJ Schemmel has a background in finance and economics with experience in commercial valuations, consulting, financial analysis, event management, and brokerage. TJ currently serves as the Director of Commercial Valuations at the Cook County Assessor's Office. Prior to this role, TJ worked at CohnReznick LLP, Avison Young Commercial Real Estate, and various other companies in different capacities. TJ holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
