Valerie Pang-Wolinsky currently serves as the Director of Training and Continuous Improvement at the Cook County Assessor's Office, where responsibilities include designing and implementing workforce readiness learning systems and managing the training budget. With a career spanning over two decades, Valerie has held various roles such as a consultant at the Social Workers Consultant Group, where technical support and staff supervision are provided to meet accreditation requirements. Prior experiences include instructional design at Spectraforce and the International Code Council, program coordination with Chicago Public Schools, and program direction for the Chicago Department of Public Health.
