Angie Smith serves as the Associate Chief Information Officer at Cook County Health, the third-largest public health system in the U.S., where oversight of technological strategy and operations is crucial within a $4.7 billion integrated health system. Previously, as the Director of Clinical Applications, Angie drove advancements in clinical systems to enhance patient experiences and developed a five-year roadmap for electronic medical records (EMR) during the Manager role, achieving HIMSS EMRAM and O-EMRAM Stage 7 Validation.
