Carlos Quezada-Gomez

Carlos Quezada-Gomez, PsyD, MBA, MSCP, SHRM-CP, serves as the Senior Behavioral Health Officer at Cook County Health since 2008, overseeing county-wide behavioral health programs that prioritize cultural humility and compassion. With a robust background in mental health administration, Carlos has held various leadership roles, including Mental Health Director and Division 10 Mental Health Unit Director, where responsibilities encompassed budget management, staffing, and clinical supervision. As an independent consultant since 2002, Carlos provides evaluation and psychological services to diverse agencies, focusing on behavioral health and substance abuse, while also serving as a Senior Consultant for All Rise and previously as a union steward with SEIU.
