Ephraim. Tamene

Ephraim Tamene, LSW, BIA, is a skilled professional in social work with extensive experience in complex care coordination, community services, and employment program supervision. Currently serving as a Complex Care Coordinator and Long-Term Services Coordinator at Cook County Health since May 2023, Ephraim also holds the position of Employment Team Supervisor for the Refugee Immigrants Community Services at Heartland Alliance, where employment assistance programs are managed since July 2021. Previously, Ephraim directed the Resettlement Program at the Ethiopian Community Association of Chicago and contributed to academic institutions such as Loyola University Chicago as a Data Coordinator and Research Assistant.
