Heather Williams, MPH, currently serves as a Compliance Analyst at Cook County Health and Hospitals System since August 2018, while also working as a Provider Services Representative II at NextLevel Health since July 2016. In these roles, Heather has developed strong relationships with over 400 providers, addressed complex provider issues, and ensured compliance with state regulations. Previous experience includes serving as an Executive Liaison managing Clinical Operations stakeholders and functioning as an intern at both St. Louis Regional Health Commission and Tennessee Department of Health, where efforts focused on health advocacy and addressing health care shortages. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Health Management & Policy from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration & Planning from Tennessee State University.
