Neil Szuch

Neil Szuch, MBA, is a seasoned professional in NERC compliance and radiological safety, currently serving as the Sr. NERC Compliance Analyst at NorthStar Clean Energy since September 2025. Szuch has extensive experience from DTE Energy, where roles included Principal Supervisor and Performance Improvement Consultant focusing on compliance methodologies and organizational risk reduction. Additional expertise includes radiation protection and emergency preparedness management, with leadership positions in various nuclear power plants and significant contributions to high school wrestling coaching, achieving state and national recognition. Szuch holds an MBA and an MSM from Gies College of Business, along with a BA in Communications from Eastern Michigan University and an AS from Monroe County Community College.
