Manuela Salinas Monreal

Manuela Salinas Monreal, MHA, MLS(ASCP), currently serves as the Clinical Laboratory Quality Manager at Cook County Health since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Loyola Medicine from May 2020 to May 2024 and as a Medical Technologist specializing in Microbiology at both MacNeal Hospital and Northwestern Memorial Hospital from June 2018 to September 2018, respectively. Manuela holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration/Management from the University of St. Francis, earned between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology from Northern Illinois University, completed from 2009 to 2011.
