Sarah Warrington

Director, Business Development, Asset Management at Cook Inlet Region, Inc.

Sarah Warrington, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sarah began their career at iPass as a Tax and Treasury Accountant Intern in 2007. Sarah then moved on to work at Lehman Brothers as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in 2008. Following that, they joined Kelly & Associates, LLP as a Tax Accounting Assistant from 2008 to 2009. In the same year, they also worked at Barclays Capital as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Debt Capital Markets, Liability Management team.

From 2009 to 2015, Sarah worked at Barrick Gold Corporation, starting as a Senior Accountant and later being selected for special assignments. Sarah was a part of the Life of Mine planning team in Santiago, Chile, where they were the owner of the G&A operating cost model and performed analysis related to annual life of mine planning and forecasting. Sarah was also a member of the Capital Projects group at Barrick Gold's corporate office in Toronto, where they provided financial expertise for major capital projects.

Since 2015, Sarah has been working at Cook Inlet Region, Inc. Sarah initially worked in Real Estate before becoming a Senior Manager in Business Development and, most recently, the Director of Business Development and Asset Management.

Sarah Warrington, MBA, earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from St. Mary's College of California, attending from 2005 to 2009.
