Jonathan Totin has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Jonathan started their career in 2005 at Sam's Club as an Electronics salesperson, where they sold a range of electronic devices and conducted stock audits. Jonathan then transitioned to Target in 2007, where they served as a Team Member, providing customer service and cross-training in multiple departments, including electronics. At GameStop, from 2008 to 2013, Jonathan worked as a Game Adviser. Later, they worked at Armstrong Group of Companies as a Technical Support representative, assisting customers with internet and phone issues. From 2014 to 2017, Jonathan worked at Continuum Managed Services, LLC as a Service Desk Technician, responsible for troubleshooting email configuration, remote connections, Microsoft Office, and printer issues. Their most recent role has been at Cook MyoSite since 2017, where they serve as an IT Helpdesk Technician.

Jonathan Totin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Franklin University, where they attended from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at Butler County Community College from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Jonathan obtained a certification in AZ-900 from Microsoft in January 2021.
