Brett E.

Brett E. is a Research & Development Engineer 1 specializing in bench testing at Cook Research Incorporated since September 2022. Previously, Brett worked as a Biomedical Research Engineer at EASi, focusing on the characterization of additive manufactured Ti-64 porous structures to assist in specification development. An undergraduate student researcher at Purdue University, Brett designed a wrist orthotic device for gesture communication using Bluetooth technology. Additional experience includes an R&D internship at Fort Wayne Metals, where research on wire production processes was conducted, and a position as Design Lead at Purdue EPICS GAPS, which involved technological projects for the indigenous Kayapo tribe in Brazil. Brett obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Purdue University and has also studied Biomedical Engineering at the University of Galway.
