David Hess

David Hess is an experienced manager at Cook Research Incorporated since February 2017, leading a team of medical writers and coordinating clinical data needs under EU-MDR regulations. Responsibilities include the planning and execution of Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs) and Clinical Evaluation Plans (CEPs). Previously, David served as a post-doctoral researcher at Purdue University, focusing on cancer research, and held various instructional roles within the Department of Biological Sciences. David's early career included roles as a laboratory technician at Proctor & Gamble and as a life sciences teacher for Atlanta Public Schools, following an academic path that includes a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Pennsylvania State University.
