Russell Hayes has over 40 years of diverse experience in technical and customer service roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Financial Service Technician at Cook Security Group since April 2018, Russell previously held positions such as Customer Engineer at Burroughs, Inc. and NCR Corporation, where responsibilities included installation and maintenance of equipment. At First and Goal, leadership skills were demonstrated by supervising guest service teams for major sporting events. Additional expertise includes field service engineering with Wincor Nixdorf and Sprint, coordinating ATM and cellular site maintenance. Military experience as a Communications Division Supervisor in the US Navy contributed to strong organizational and maintenance skills. Russell has completed multiple technical training courses relevant to customer engineering.
