Annie Gale

Annie Gale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, employment advisory roles, and apprenticeships. Currently serving as the Employment Advisory Board Chair at New Futures Network since June 2022, Annie also holds the position of Head of RAW Talent & Apprenticeships at COOK Trading Ltd, where oversight includes COOK's award-winning RAW Talent programme and apprenticeship initiatives aimed at assisting individuals facing barriers to employment. Previously, as RAW Talent Manager, Annie designed tailored programs for job seekers. Annie's extensive background also includes serving as UK Family Houseparties Host/Overseer/Speaker at The Stewards' Trust and Senior Programme Director at Common Purpose, where significant leadership development projects were implemented. Earlier, as Project Manager & Internal Communications Manager at The Eventworks, Annie managed corporate communication events and facilitated training sessions. Academically, Annie holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nottingham, alongside qualifications in coaching and NLP.
