Olivia Khalili

Olivia Khalili is a seasoned leader in social impact and corporate responsibility, currently serving as the Head of Foundation & Social Impact at Atlassian since February 2025. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at PagerDuty from June 2018 to August 2024, where Olivia held dual positions as VP of Global Impact & ESG and VP of Social Impact, overseeing initiatives that advanced justice and health through mission-driven collaborations. Olivia's background also encompasses strategic leadership at Oath as Social Impact Lead, and Yahoo as Head of Social Impact, where efforts focused on increasing access to STEAM learning and workplace diversity. Additional roles include partnership development at Ashoka and founding initiatives like Cause Capitalism and iGiveTwice.
