David Curt Powers is a seasoned professional in healthcare information technology, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Services at Cookeville Regional Medical Center since August 2017. With extensive expertise in healthcare information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), and data center infrastructure, David has successfully managed system implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities across various financial, clinical, and integrated healthcare systems. Prior to this role, David spent over 17 years at McKesson Enterprise Information Solutions, where positions included Senior Systems Administrator and Database Administrator. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University, completed in 2000.
