Nikhil S B

Nikhil S B has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Nikhil began their career at Accenture as a Customer Relationship Manager, where they were responsible for managing accounts, payments and reconciliations. In 2012, they joined IBM India as an Operations Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing business operations in the middle and eastern parts of Europe. That same year, they also began working at VIBGYOR Management Services as a Manager, where they were responsible for getting clients through cold calls and relationship building. In 2015, they joined IBX Technologies as a Team Leader, where their responsibilities included ensuring center and business targets were met within set SLAs. Nikhil then moved to Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) in 2016, where they were an Assistant Manager and was responsible for handling a team of agencies and DSAs for classifieds. Finally, in 2018, they joined Cookifi as Business Head, where their responsibilities included leading the Sales Team across different channels and hiring the right sales personnel.

Nikhil S B completed an MBA in Marketing (Major) and Finance (Minor) from Alliance University, Anekal, Bangalore in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College in 2008. Additionally, they have a certification in SAP FICO from S-SQUARE.
