Mingsi Zhang-Testa

Mingsi Zhang-Testa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They currently work as the Director of Strategic Finance at Cooks Venture since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Integrated Business Planning Manager at the same company from May 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining Cooks Venture, Mingsi worked at National Securities Corporation as an Investment Banking Associate from December 2018 to October 2019 and as an Investment Banking Analyst from October 2016 to December 2018.

They also gained experience as an Equity Research Intern at Clear Harbor Asset Management from August 2015 to September 2016 and as a Financial Product Associate at China International Capital Co. Ltd from September 2014 to May 2015.

In addition, Mingsi worked as a Financial Analyst (Commercial Real Estate) at Steiner Equities Group, LLC from October 2013 to June 2014 and as a Research Analyst at World Tech Ventures, LLC from May 2012 to October 2012.

Mingsi Zhang-Testa received a Master's Degree in Finance with a concentration in Investment Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Sichuan Normal University (SICNU) from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification in Series 79 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in November 2016.
