Megan McKerchar

Megan McKerchar, PhD is currently the Science and Methods Manager at Cool Farm Alliance. Megan has a background in Zoology with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) from University College Dublin, a Master of Science (MSc) in Biodiversity and Conservation from University of Leeds, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture from University of Worcester. Megan has held various roles in different organizations, including Group Sustainability Manager at Nomad Foods and Technical Manager at Worldwide Fruit Limited and Waitrose & Partners. Megan's research has focused on investigating the benefits of introducing wildflower rows in commercial apple orchards on invertebrate communities.
