Elisa Castellana

Elisa Castellana has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to present. In 2005, they worked as a Sales & Administration Manager for Europcar, where they were responsible for check out and check in formality, as well as promoting and selling car rental services. In 2006, they worked as a Ground Agent for Costa Crociere S.p.A., where they were responsible for assisting groups in departure, arrival and transfer, hospitality desk, meeting and greeting, and flight ticket issues. From 2008 to 2012, they worked for SIXT, where they were initially hired as a Call Center Employee, and was later promoted to Team Leader, supervising and coordinating the activities and the team, before working in the Sales Department as a Key Account. From 2012 to 2018, they were the Co-Founder of Eleven Marketing, where they were responsible for positioning and promoting on line/off line business company products/services, creating strategic marketing plans for start-up companies, leading Direct Marketing Campaigns for multinationals, and providing multilingual copywriting and social media marketing courses. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Copywriter, Social Media, and Customer Service Representative for Italy for Pranamat ECO, where they created tests SEO friendly for the Italian blog and social media channels, and handled customer service for the Italian market. In 2020, they founded EC - Business Development Consultancy, where they support foreign SMEs to start or consolidate their presence in Italy, as well as Italian companies. Finally, in 2021, they began working as a Business Development (Italy) for Coolbeez.

Elisa Castellana received their First Degree in Political Science - International Relations and Affairs from Università degli studi Roma TRE. Elisa also obtained a Web Marketing Specialist Certification from Madri Internet Marketing in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Liceo Ginnasio Statale Anco Marzio from 1992 to 1997. Additionally, they hold a Web Marketing Specialist certification from Madri Internet Marketing.
