Jenna Messer

Jenna Messer serves as the Senior Manager of Patient Safety, Risk Management, and Patient Family Relations at Cooley Dickinson Hospital since April 2015, where responsibilities include acting as the Patient Safety Officer and Patient Care Assessment Coordinator. Previous experience includes the role of Risk Manager, overseeing Risk Management, Patient Safety, and Regulatory Compliance, as well as serving as a Civil Rights Officer and obtaining certification as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Career beginnings involved various positions within human resources and patient services, alongside a stint as Website and Social Media Coordinator for Northampton Athletic Club. Jenna's earlier experience includes a role as Recreation Center Facility Supervisor at the Hamel Recreation Center and an internship as Operations Excellence Analyst at Wentworth Douglass Hospital. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire, awarded in 2014.
