Miranda Balkin

Miranda Balkin is an accomplished medical professional serving as the Medical Director of Oxbow Primary Care and Medical Director of LGBTQ+ Services at Cooley Dickinson Hospital since December 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Medical Director and Physician at Hilltown Community Health Centers, Inc. from July 2016 to November 2019, and as a Physician at Fenway Community Health from August 2013 to June 2016. Miranda also completed residency training at Cambridge Health Alliance from June 2010 to June 2013. In addition, experience extends to leadership roles in advocacy and community support, including Board President for Medical Students for Choice and working as a Rape Counselor at Bellevue Hospital. Education credentials include an MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine (2006-2010) and an AB in physics and women's studies from Oberlin College (1997-2001).
