Jeffrey Libson

Jeffrey Libson is a Partner in the Business Group at Cooley LLP, where Jeffrey focuses on delivering the Cooley Life Sciences platform to a diverse clientele including companies, funds, and entrepreneurs since December 2016. In addition to their role at Cooley, Jeffrey serves as an Adjunct Professor at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, teaching a graduate-level course in Life Sciences Entrepreneurship that covers therapeutics, med-tech, diagnostics, and digital health since September 2006. Prior to their current positions, Jeffrey was a Partner and Head of the Life Sciences Practice at Pepper Hamilton LLP from August 1981 to December 2016. Jeffrey holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics and English from Oberlin College.
