Jin Wang

Jin Wang is a Senior Legal Assistant at Cooley LLP, where responsibilities include advising issuers and investment banks on capital market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, specifically for IPOs and follow-on offerings, as well as representing US-listed corporate clients in regulatory compliance matters. Previously, Jin Wang worked as a Paralegal at Jingtian & Gongcheng Attorney at Law, focusing on trust, bank wealth management, insurance asset management, asset securitization, real estate and infrastructure construction, and family wealth management. Jin Wang gained early experience as a Legal Intern at King & Wood Mallesons, involved in main board and Star Market IPOs and significant asset restructuring for listed companies. Jin Wang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the China University of Political Science and Law, earned in 2021.
