Michael Bandowski

Michael Bandowski is an experienced professional in the cooling tower industry, currently serving as the Regional Sales & Inspections Manager at Cooling Tower Depot, Inc. since October 2009, focusing on sales and reconstruction repairs. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Construction Manager at Midwest Machinery Inc. from February 1997 to September 2008, where responsibilities included new hires, training, scheduling, estimating, and managing safety training, along with cooling tower inspections and sales. Michael holds a Technical Degree in Draftsman - Mechanical & Architectural Drawing and Design from Rolla Area Vocational School, and completed education at Rolla Senior High School.
