Richard Rash

Richard Rash is a seasoned professional in the cooling tower industry with extensive experience in management and construction. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Cooling Tower Depot, Inc. since July 2021, Richard previously held the position of Construction Manager at MasterTech Services, Inc. from September 2008 to July 2021, overseeing all construction operations in the Gulf Coast region, including repairs and new installations of cooling towers. Richard's background also includes work as a Superintendent, where responsibilities encompassed project setup, field communication, and compliance inspections. Prior experience as Area Superintendent at Industrial Cooling Tower Services, Inc. included ensuring company compliance, managing field crews, and improving scheduling operations. Richard holds educational credentials from Texas A&M University from 1991 to 1992.
