Lucie Posádová

Lucie Posádová has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lucie started their career at HARD ROCK CAFE in 2018 as a Hosteska/servírka and worked there until April 2020. In 2019, they joined Alza.cz a.s. as an HR trainee and stayed with the company until August 2020. Since September 2020, Lucie has been working at CoolPeople, initially as a Human Resources Recruiter. Lucie then moved up to the role of HR Manager, where they led a team of HR specialists and was responsible for hiring internal employees as well as recruiting IT and Non-IT positions for clients. Currently, Lucie holds the position of Human Resources Director at CoolPeople, starting in January 2023.

Lucie Posádová obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychologie pro manažery from NEWTON University between the years 2017 and 2020. In addition, they obtained a certification in Moderní trendy v HR from Seduo.cz in February 2022.
