Brady Bagwan

Brady Bagwan serves as the Chief People Officer at CoolSys, specializing in refrigeration and HVAC systems. Previously, Brady held the position of Vice President, Human Resources (CHRO) at both Morgan Truck Body and J.B. Poindexter & Co, Inc. Additionally, Brady's experience includes various roles at Kiewit, such as Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources Shared Services - Canada, as well as District Human Resources Manager for Eastern Canada. Brady also served as Director of Global Human Resources and Director of Global Compensation and Benefits at Norgren. Educationally, Brady earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Virginia Military Institute and studied at the University of Colorado Boulder at the Leeds School of Business.
