Chris Grover

Chris Grover has a wealth of experience in various roles related to pricing, business intelligence, and data management. Chris is currently the Vice President of Pricing & Business Intelligence at CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems. Prior to this role, they held a similar position at Optimas Solutions from 2018 to 2021, where they were responsible for pricing and margin activities for a global fastener company. During their time at Optimas Solutions, they also played a key role in the redesign of the data warehouse.

Before that, Chris worked at HD Supply Facilities Maintenance from 2007 to 2018, where they held two director-level positions – Director Data Management and Director, Corporate Business Performance, Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing. In these roles, they oversaw teams, developed organizational structures, and implemented various improvements to enhance department efficiency and accuracy. Chris also played a significant role in driving margin expansion for a business segment during this time.

Prior to their tenure at HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, Chris held the position of Director of Database Marketing at The Home Depot Supply - MRO from 2001 to 2007. In this role, they provided analytical support to the Marketing team and was responsible for developing customer scoring models and customer research.

Earlier in their career, Chris worked at ADVO Inc. from 1988 to 2001, where they held multiple roles. Chris served as Director, Database Marketing, presenting customer-specific database analysis and collaborating with sales teams in the execution of mail plans. Chris also held the position of Field Marketing Manager, providing analytical support to the sales team. Additionally, Chris started their career as a Computer Operator/Supervisor at ADVO Inc., where they built GIS-based mapping portfolios for national and regional accounts.

Chris Grover's professional journey began in 1984 as a Printer Systems Specialist in the USAF.
