Michelle Chronister

Michelle Chronister has over 24 years of work experience in the refrigeration and HVAC systems industry. Michelle began their career in 1998 as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Business Director at CoolSys, where they held this role for an unspecified duration. In the same year, they also became the Chief Executive Officer of Triangle Refrigeration Company. As the CEO, Michelle successfully led the company for over 24 years, until their departure in October 2022.
