Sarah Wessel is the Senior Director of Partnerships at COOP. Sarah has over seven years of experience in various leadership roles, overseeing employer partnerships, volunteer teams, and career development coaching. Sarah has a passion for helping others reach their full potential and believes that everyone deserves access to quality education and career opportunities. Sarah started their career as an intern with the New York City Council, where they assisted with constituent relations and community outreach. Sarah then went on to work as an intern with Reader's Digest, where they helped with global communications and event planning. Sarah later became a Resident Assistant at Manhattan College, where they helped students adjust to college life and provided support and guidance. In their current role at COOP, Sarah is responsible for leading the team that partners with employers to provide quality job opportunities for COOP members. Sarah is also responsible for overseeing the career development coaching program and ensuring that COOP members have the skills and resources they need to be successful in their careers.

Sarah Wessel has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Manhattan College. Sarah also has an Executive Education in Developing Leaders Program for Nonprofit Professionals from Columbia Business School. Sarah also has a Certificate of completion in CEO Program Management Forum: Managing for Innovation from CUNY School of Professional Studies.
