Mats Dalin

Mats Dalin is a seasoned professional in the retail and food industry with extensive experience in category management and business development. Currently serving as Business Director for Coop Sverige since January 2023, Mats previously held the position of Category Director at Optimera Svenska AB, overseeing purchasing, assortment, logistics, marketing, and store development for over 60 building material stores. Prior to that, Mats spent several years at ICA AB in various roles, including Senior Category Manager, where responsibility encompassed sales and assortment across approximately 1500 stores, and Project Manager for innovative concept stores, resulting in significant sales increases. Mats's career began at ICA Gruppen and included a position with Ahold as a Project Manager in produce. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Lund University and a recent completion of Corporate Governance at EFL - Executive Education.
